Merrily Short grew up in Shawnee and Tecumseh and has invested personally in Shawnee area real estate for over 30 years, with 18 years experience as a licensed Realtor. Graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1986, she has a degree in Housing, Interior Design and Consumer Resources. In 2005, after lots of remodeling work and design, Merrily started working with Prudential Carolyn Harris Realty, which later merged with ERA-Branson McKiddy and became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Benchmark Realty. Focusing on a list of seller's needs or a list of buyer's wants is a priority! Successfully negotiating contract details between the buyer and the seller is the goal of any real estate transaction.
